Business Systems Analyst

Assist with the daily management of the firm’s practice management system, financial reporting and continuous improvement of the firm’s business systems.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for the core business system as well as relevant integrated systems.
  • Requirements analysis and design for new systems.
  • Assist with application upgrades and user acceptance testing.
  • Liaise directly with the business in the execution of duties.
